  1. 1-2 lbchicken thigh
  2. 1/4olive oil
  3. 2 tbslime juice
  4. 1 tbsgarlic powder
  5. 1 tbsonion powder
  6. 2 tbsItalian seasoning
  7. 1tsb salt
  8. 1tsb black pepper
  9. 1tsb turmeric (Optional)
  10. Roasted Vegetables
  11. 1 1/2 bagFrozen Vegetables
  12. 1/4 cupolive oil
  13. 1tsb salt
  14. 1tsb black pepper
  15. 1tsb garlic powder
  16. 1tsb onion powder
  17. 1tsb red pepper

Cooking Instructions

    First, pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees. In a bowl rinse your thighs and add all the spices. Mix well until every piece is coated.

    Second, line in a foiled greased pan. Place in oven for 35 minutes and its ready to serve.

    Use any fresh or frozen vegetables. Mix with all the spices. In a greased pan spread out and line under the chicken tray for 35 minutes.
