Ingredients

  1. 1 rackbaby back ribs
  2. BBQ, gochujang, any other sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 450°.
    Place ribs, meat side down, in a roasting pan and cook for 20 minutes.

    Remove meat from oven, drain off fat. Reduce oven to 350°

  3. 3

    Return meat to oven, meat side up, baste with sauce. Cook 1 to 1.5 hours, internal temperature is 180°?
