Ingredients

  1. 2 (750 ml)bottles of Pinot Grigio with
  2. 1 cupbrandy
  3. 4 cupspassion fruit puree and 1 cup superfine sugar or (or 4 cups of passion fruit nectar and about 2/3 cup of superfine sugar)

Cooking Instructions

    Stir until the sugar dissolves; taste and add more sugar if necessary.

    Refrigerate overnight. Up to 3 hours before serving, add 4 peaches, nectarines or plums that have been pitted and cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
