Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gramsPasta (1.6 mm, cooking time 7 minutes)
  2. 4 sliceBacon
  3. 1packet Shimeji mushrooms
  4. 1◎Salt and pepper
  5. 4 tbsp◎White wine
  6. 1 tsp◎Consommé stock granules
  7. 2 tbsp●Milk
  8. 6 tbsp●Heavy cream
  9. 4 tbsp●Grated cheese
  10. 1 dashParsley

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the pasta a little bit less than the cooking time on the package.

    Place the 1 cm bacon strips, crumbled shimeji mushrooms, and ◎ ingredients in a heatproof bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 5 minutes at 600 W.

    Add ● ingredients to Step 2, and mix. *Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper according to your taste.

  4. 4

    Drain the freshly cooked pasta in a sieve, add to Step 3 sauce, and mix well. Serve onto a plate, garnish with minced parsley, and done.
