Use more or less Sriracha based on your spice tolerance. Start with 2 tbsp, taste the sauce, and add more if needed. I like to use about 1/4 cup. Add protein if desired such as chicken, beef, pork or tofu and/or additional vegetables of your choice.

Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 8 ozcooked spaghetti
  2. 2 tbspvegetable oil
  3. 1 cupshredded carrots
  4. 2 cupsnappa cabbage, chopped (substitute regular white cabbage or bok choy)
  5. 4green onions, sliced
  6. 1bell pepper, sliced
  7. 2large eggs, beaten
  8. Sauce
  9. 3 tbspsoy sauce
  10. 1/4 cupchicken broth, vegetable broth or water
  11. 2 tbsphoney
  12. 2 clovesgarlic, minced or 1 tsp jarred minced garlic
  13. 1 tbspcornstarch
  14. 1/4 cupSriracha, or to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl, stir well and set aside

    In a wok or large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat

  3. 3

    Add bell pepper, carrots and cabbage. Saute until tender, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium and add green onion and beaten eggs. Scramble eggs to your desired doneness, being careful not to overcook or burn.

    Add cooked spaghetti noodles and pour in the sauce mixture. Toss until well combined and simmer for a couple of minutes until sauce has slightly thickened. Serve immediately.
