Cooking Instructions

Cut the mango then put it in the mixer. In a large mixing bowl combine the gram flour sugar. In another mix the rest of the ingredients liquid milk yoghurt mango puree(except the butter/spread for cooking).

Slowly pour the wet mixture into the gram flour mixing as you go.Fold the mixture gently. Leave for 5minutes. Heat the butter in a frying pan unless you have non-stick and on a medium heat drop small pancakes in to the pan using a tablespoon or small cup. They will start to bubble which is when you should turn them over(1-2minutes)They should be golden on either side when cooked. If they are quite thick press them down with a spatula or slice to ensure they cook throughout.

Roasted garam flour pancake is ready.Serve with fresh mango puree.Enjoy.
