Mussels and Shrimp Tomato Pasta

Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water following packet directions, until tender. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking liquid. Return pasta to pan.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic, onion and chilli. Cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add mussels and shrimp. Cook, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes or until pink and cooked through. Add tomato and white wine. Add oregano and salt. Cook for 2 minutes or until heated through.

Add pasta to the sauce. Stir through parsley. Serve.
