Take all the needed ingredients. Maranete paneer with pepper powder,salt,coriander stem, around 20mts.

In a hot pan,pour 2sp oil then add sliced onions,chilli,cashews, ginger,garlic one by one and add coriander leaves at last,saute. Turn off the flame when onion becomes transparent.

Cool it down and add half amount of curd, grind nicely.Add rest of the curd and spices,salt with grinded mixture,mix well.

In the same pan,add 1sp oil, then maraneted paneer cubes stir fry them around 4mts and keep away.

Now add 2sp oil in the same pan, do seasoning with bayleaf,cinnamon the add the mixture,saute. Close the lid and cook until oil separtes.

Now add 100ml water,fried paneer and kasthuri methi,mix. Again close the lid and cook 5more mts. It's a perfect consistency to serve.
