Creamy mushroom pasta with goat cheese

Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 1.25 Lchicken broth
  2. 200-250 gfavourite pasta
  3. 1/2bell pepper
  4. 1 cupmushrooms, chopped
  5. 1 cupcherry tomatoes, quartered
  6. 1/3 cupgoat cheese
  7. 1/2 cupcream cheese, whipped
  8. 1 cubemushroom broth
  9. Favourite pasta seasoning to taste
  10. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook pasta in chicken broth with mushroom broth cube

  2. 2

    In a large skillet cook all vegetables, add pasta seasoning, goat cheese, cream cheese and salt. Cook until mixture is even. Add pasta with 1/3 cup of pasta broth. Mix well.
