The first time I had this delicious butter, I was at a barbecue, and my friend spread it over her grilled chicken. Even though it seemed weird to me at the time, after trying it, I never went back. But I wanted to have a chance to experience this anytime, and I decided to replicate it at home. Now, I get to use it for whatever I like.

Ingredients

15 minutes
10 servings
  1. 1/2 cupsoftened unsalted butter
  2. 2 tbspfinely chopped fresh parsley
  3. 1 tbspfinely chopped fresh chives
  4. 1 tspchopped fresh thyme leaves
  5. 1 tspfinely chopped fresh rosemary
  6. 1 tspfresh lemon juice
  7. 1 tbspminced garlic

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

Leave butter at room temperature to soften.

  2. 2

Combine the softened butter/ pasteurized cream, chopped herbs, minced garlic, and fresh lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients homogenize into a single mixture. I have used a blender for this, and I've done it by hand; both methods work, but if you mix by hand, prepare for serious work.

  3. 3

In the end, add salt and pepper to taste and blend/mix again for the flavors to distribute equally and balance.

  4. 4

When you are all done, use a spoon to remove the mixture from the blender and place it into a suitable container. You can also use plastic wrap, place it onto it, and shape it into a ball.

  5. 5

Let the butter chill in the fridge for about an hour before using it. This will allow for the flavors to meld and settle into each other.

  6. 6

This butter goes best with meat, but you can also make some garlic bread with it, or use it as a spread!
