Ingredients

30  minutes
6 crepes
  1. 125 gall-purpose flour
  2. 1tablespoon Sugar
  3. 1/4teaspoon Salt
  4. 2Eggs
  5. 300 mlMilk
  6. 30 gButter
  7. 1teaspoon Vanilla extract (optional)
  8. Duck fat or vegetable. oil for cooking

    Collect all the equipment and ingredients.

    In a separate bowl whisk eggs, vanilla extract and milk, until combined.

    In a large bowl sift flour, add salt, sugar and stir.

  4. 4

    Gradually add the milk mixture into flour mixture and stir until incorporated and smooth. Pour in the melted butter and whisk until combined. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.

    Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat. Add duck fat or vegetable. oil to coat.

    Pour about one ladle of the crepe batter, swirling it to evenly coat. Cook for 1-2 minutes, flip and cook for 30 seconds. Remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter. Remember to grease the pan between ease crepe.

    Serving suggestion:
    - Nutella, top with banana slices.
    - Cream cheese/sour cream, top with strawberries.
    - Ham and cheese.
    - Sugar and lemon.
    - Honey and cinnamon.
