Soak the mug dal in water 10minutes.

Then put white oil in the pan.When the oil is hot add all the vegetables.Then fry all the vegetables with turmeric powder and salt.Then add the mugdal.Grate all the vegetable with acolander.Cover with a little water when grated.

When the dal is cooked wash the red poha well.Stir it for 1minute and remove the khichuri.The red poha khichuri is ready.
