Bell Peppers With Tuna

I often sauté bell peppers and season them with soy sauce, but I added my favorite canned tuna this time.
This is enough for 2 servings, but I can finish it off by myself. If you have a large amount of bell peppers, prepare a double portion.
Remove the seeds if you don't like them, but it's easier and more nutritious to keep the seeds in. For 2 servings. Recipe by tanta

Cut the bell peppers in half, and slice them to a thickness of about 5mm. Hull the bell peppers, but keep the seeds.
- 2
Pour the oil from the canned tuna into sauce pan or frying pan, add the tuna, then turn on the heat.
- 3
Once the tuna has been heated, add the bell peppers and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes until it reaches your desired texture.
- 4
Add the soy sauce and mix and it's done.
