This is an easy and very handy side dish. I make it quite a lot.

It's best not to sauté it for too long, so when the spinach has softened, turn the heat off right away. For 4 servings. Recipe by Donpintan

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 bunchSpinach
  2. 100 gramsCorn kernels (frozen)
  3. 1Salt and pepper
  4. 1 tspSoup stock granules
  5. 1 tbspVegetable oil (for sauteeing)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the spinach and cut into easy to eat pieces. Defrost the corn.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the corn, then the spinach, and season with salt and pepper and soup stock granules. Sauté until the spinach is wilted, then turn the heat off immediately.
