Ingredients

  1. 6 Tablespoonssalted butter
  2. 1.5 cupswhole milk, warmed
  3. 3eggs, room temp
  4. 1 tablespoonbutter melted
  5. 1.5 cupsall purpose flour
  6. 1 teaspoonsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees

  2. 2

    Place 1 teaspoon of butter into pan, place in over for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    In blender combine milk and eggs, blend until frothy - 30 seconds

  4. 4

    Add flour salt and melted butter, blend 30-60 seconds or until no clumps

  5. 5

    Divide batter evenly into cups, filling 3/4 way full

  6. 6

    Bake for 20 minutes - lower oven temp to 350 and bake another 15-20 minutes until puffed, golden and crisp
