Ingredients

  • 2bags Shirataki noodles (konnyaku noodles)
  • 170 gramsGround beef (or pork or chicken)
  • 2 tsp★ Grated ginger
  • 1to 2 teaspoons ★ Doubanjiang
  • 3 tbsp◎ Soy sauce
  • 2 tbspeach ◎ Mirin, sake, sugar
  • 3 tbsp◎ Water
  • 1 tsp◎ Chicken soup stock granules
  • 1 dashVegetable oil for stir frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring a pot of water to a boil and add some salt. Boil the shirataki noodles for a couple of minutes, drain into a colander or sieve, and cut into easy to eat lengths.

    Put the ★ ingredients and oil into a frying pan, and stir fry until fragrant. Add the ground meat and stir fry until crumbly.

    Add the shirataki noodles and stir fry quickly. Add the ◎ ingredients, and simmer until there's no moisture left in the pan.
