Ingredients

  1. 2bags Shirataki noodles (konnyaku noodles)
  2. 170 gramsGround beef (or pork or chicken)
  3. 2 tsp★ Grated ginger
  4. 1to 2 teaspoons ★ Doubanjiang
  5. 3 tbspSoy sauce
  6. 2 tbspeach ◎ Mirin, sake, sugar
  7. 3 tbspWater
  8. 1 tsp◎ Chicken soup stock granules
  9. 1 dashVegetable oil for stir frying

Cooking Instructions

    Bring a pot of water to a boil and add some salt. Boil the shirataki noodles for a couple of minutes, drain into a colander or sieve, and cut into easy to eat lengths.

    Put the ★ ingredients and oil into a frying pan, and stir fry until fragrant. Add the ground meat and stir fry until crumbly.
