  2. Finely chop:
  3. 1/2medium onion
  4. 10 sprigscilantro
  5. 2 clovesgarlic
  6. 1jalapeño or serrano pepper
  7. 2potatoes, cut into pieces
  8. 1 cupbroth (vegetable, chicken, beef, whatever you have)
  9. 2 tablespoonsmustard dressing
  10. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  11. 1 pinchground black pepper
  12. Salt to taste
