Ingredients

  1. 1onion
  2. 400 gpumpkin
  3. 4thyme twigs
  4. 2sage leaves
  5. pasta shells
  6. 250 gricotta
  7. 600 gramstomatoes

Cooking Instructions

    Bake pumpkin at 200 degrees celsius, covered in sage and thyme

    Make pasta sauce with tomatoes, garlic, and onion

  3. 3

    Cook the pasta shells à la dente and then put aside drained

  4. 4

    Blend ricotta and pumpkin with seasoning and stiff shells

  5. 5

    Cover bottom on casserole dish with tomato sauce, then stuffed shells, then remaining sauce. bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees celsius
