  3. 1red bell pepper
  4. 2green bell peppers
  5. 2carrots
  6. 2leeks
  7. 3 clovesgarlic

  10. 2 cupsvegetable broth
  11. 1bay leaf

    Chop all the vegetables and add the garlic with oil in a wide pot over medium heat.

    When it starts to brown, add the red bell pepper and carrot.
