Ingredients

  1. 2 lbsground beef
  2. 3 clovesChopped garlic OR 1 tsp garlic powder
  3. 1/3 c.Brown sugar
  4. 1Tblsp sesame oil
  5. 1/4 tspground ginger
  6. 1/2 csoy sauce
  7. 1 creduced sodium chicken broth
  8. 1 Tbspcorn starch

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Brown and drain the ground beef. Set aside

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients except broth and corn starch in the pan over low heat.

  3. 3

    Stir together broth and cornstarch in a bowl.

  4. 4

    Slowly add broth mixture to the pan, stirring constantly.

  5. 5

    Add the meat and cook over medium heat until sauce thickens.

  6. 6

    Serve over rice.
