Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. 1/2 cupgluten free panko bread crumbs
  3. 1/2yellow onion grated
  4. 1/2yellow onion chopped
  5. 3garlic cloves minced
  6. 1egg
  7. 2 tbspketchup
  8. 1 tspbetter than bullion beef
  9. 3 tspWorcestershire
  10. 5 tspDijon mustard
  11. 5 ozmushrooms chopped
  12. 2 tbspbutter
  13. 3 tbspgluten free flour
  14. 2 1/2 cupsbeef broth
  15. Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl mix bread crumbs with the grated onion.

    Add beef, 1 garlic clove, ketchup, the beef bullion, 1 tsp Worcestershire, and 3 tsp Dijon. Mix well with your hands. Form into thickish paties.

    In a large nonstick skillet, fry your paties until browned on both sides and remove.

  4. 4

    Put your onions and garlic in the pan and cook for a few minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for another 2 minutes.

    Add butter and melt. Add gluten free flour and stir together for 30 seconds. Add beef broth slowly while stirring.

    Mix in the remaining garlic, Dijon, Worcestershire, and salt and pepper to taste.

    Put patties in the gravy and let it simmer until thick. Serve covered in gravy beside a pile of mashed potatoes.
