Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the dough: mix the flour, yeast, vanilla and sugar, add the oil and eggs, mix well, then add the butter and knead the dough until we obtain a soft consistency then We put the dough in the molds available to us, small or large, square or circular, and put it in the oven heated to 180 degrees until it is cooked white, it should not become golden or red.
- 2
For the cream, we mix the milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla and starch over low heat until we obtain a mixture with a heavy consistency, and we add it last after we turn off the caramel taste so that it does not evaporate while folding the cream.
- 3
Using a hand mixer or in a blender, mix the mixture well, then cover it with plastic wrap and leave it for at least 6 hours in the refrigerator or overnight.
When it is well combined, whisk it well until you get a firm cream
Decorate the tartlets with it, then add strawberries and cherries and golden paper and Persimmon to decorate

I wanted to make something for my grandmother. These are soft and slightly sweet! The rum adds a wonderful fragrance. The double coating of glaze makes these bright and glossy. Not only do they taste good, but they look good as well. If they don't brown, switch to a oven (or grill) and cook for a short time until golden Step 5: The mixture is thick enough when it sticks to the spoon. If you make it thick (almost like clay), it's much easier to shape. If you don't like rum, swap with a few drops of vanilla essence. Recipe by Ando-bebe cookpad.japan -

Learning new baking recipes/techniques is one of my goals for 2025. I’ve always wanted to make choux pastry, but it seemed intimidating. However, once I tried it. I realized that as long as I was patient and followed specific instructions, I could attain success! 🤩It helps to have a good recipe, and this one comes from Natasha‘s Kitchen. She also has an instructional video on YouTube, which I found to be quite helpful. As a side note, I recently finished watching the first 2 seasons of the anime “Mashle.” The main character loves cream puffs, so this was another reason I had to try this recipe! 🤣#january2026 #newyear2025 #French #pastry #baking #sweet #dessert #special Chris Gan -
Mint Cream Tarts Mint Cream Tarts
Cool. Creamy. Refreshing and easy to make. Individual mint cream tarts are really festive and can be made ahead . If you don’t have individual spring form pans a 8 inch one or 8 inch cake pan will also work although the cake pan will have to be cut in the pan. fenway -
Mini Chocolate Croissants with Frozen Puff Pastry Mini Chocolate Croissants with Frozen Puff Pastry
I had some frozen puff pastry left over and decided to use it to make some snacks.Make sure to press down on the end firmly and bake seam-side down, or it could lift up when baking! You can use a chocolate bar to make these. I used DARS because they come in separate blocks and are easy to cut.Cooking time will vary depending on your oven so please adjust it accordingly. Recipe by *mame mama * cookpad.japan -

How was your long Fourth of July weekend?? Did you eat a lot?? I hope so!!!I’m sharing this recipe that I’ve been making since I was in high school. I learned it from my first boyfriend’s mom 🤭, she was such an amazing cook… Truly incredible! So you can imagine how many years I’ve been making it!!I usually make it in the form of a “coca” (a flat pastry), but this time, since I was bringing dessert to a friend’s house and there were going to be quite a few of us, I made individual portions!Come on, give them a try if you’re having lunch or dinner with friends or family… You’ll definitely impress everyone!
