Smoked Chicken Bacon Sliders

Ingredients

4 adults
  1. 1large chicken breast
  2. Ranch seasoning
  3. Onion powder
  4. Italian seasoning
  5. 1/2 bagshredded cheddar cheese melting
  6. Dill Pickel chips
  7. 2 TBSPChick-fil-A sauce
  8. 1 TBSPChicken broth
  9. Mayo
  10. Sesame seeds
  11. 2 TBSPbutter
  12. 6 stripsbacon
  13. 1 packHawaiian bread rolls

Cooking Instructions

    Season chicken breast with an oil binder. Marinade in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.

    Smoke at 230 for about an hour or until internal is 165. Rest for about 10 mins

    While the chicken is resting, half the buns into 2 sheets and cook and crumble bacon

  4. 4

    Cut up chicken into small chunks. Mix in bacon, broth, Chick-fil-A sauce, and a dash of more ranch seasoning

    Layer bottom bun with 1-2 pickles per roll and a blanket of cheese on top. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place in the bottom of the oven, set to low broil, and watch until cheese is melted over the pickles

    Pull out of oven and add the chicken mixture. Place back in the oven to low broil for 2-3 mins.

    Spread mayo to the underside of the top buns and assemble. Brush top with butter and sprinkle sesame seeds in top. Place back in oven for about 3 mins but watch it!
