[Cooking Tip] Rice from dry rice

Ingredients

  1. 1mug of rice. Up to the top handle
  2. Ratio of between 1.5x to 2x boiled water to rice
  3. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Measure rice. One mug. Up to top handle. Then put Rice in pan.

    Boil kettle. Measure boiled water in mug. 1.5x-2x water to rice. Put water in pan. Stir once.

    Pan on heat. Lid on. Time 10 mins.

  4. 4

    Keep eyes on pan, as it may bubble over. If it starts bubbling over, reduce heat.

  5. 5

    Remove and season with salt
