Ingredients

  1. 250 gmKala Chana
  2. 2Chopped Tomato
  3. 2Chopped Onion
  4. 1Chopped Cucumber
  5. 2Chopped Green Chilli
  6. 1/2 Bowl Chopped Coriander Leaves
  7. 1 Lemon Juice
  8. 3-4 Tbsp Green Chutney
  9. 1 TbspSalt
  10. 1/2 Tbsp Black Salt
  11. 1 Tbsp Chat Masala
  12. 1 TbspRoasted Cumin Powder
  13. 1/4 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  14. 1/4 Tbsp Garam Masala
  15. 1/4 TbspCoriander Powder

Cooking Instructions

35-40 Minutes
  1. 1

    At first, wash the chana properly and soak overnight. Take a pressure cooker add chana.

    Add water and salt. Pressure cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame. Once done, take off the heat and strain the water.

    Take a large bowl add chana and all ingredients one by one. Mix everything well.

    Kala Chana Chaat is ready now. Serve it in a plate. Enjoy spicy Kala Chana Chaat...... 😋😋
