Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcanned pumpkin (80-100 cals)
  2. 5egg whites (100-125 cals all protein)
  3. 1/2 cupcocoa powder baking unsweetened (100 cals)
  4. 3/4 cupGradulated Splenda
  5. 2 teaspoonsvanilla (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 325

  2. 2

    Prepare a 8x8 dish coating it with nonstick spra

  3. 3

    In a bowl combine the ingredients

  4. 4

    Pour mix into dish

  5. 5

    Bake for 35-40 minutes or until knife comes out decently clean.

  6. 6

    Let them sit for 15-20 minutes before cutting

  7. 7

    About 300 calories for the whole pan. Enjoy it all Macros: 6.9g Fat (cocoa), 29.1g protein (mostly eggs), 44.4g Carbs of that 21.4g fiber. I'm still tweaking the recipe ever so slightly.
