  1. 1 canbasic tomato sauce (about 10 oz)
  2. 2 piecesfresh cod
  3. 1 3/4 ozclams (in shell)
  4. 1/2 headbroccoli
  5. 6cherry tomatoes
  6. 1 pinchblack pepper
  7. 1 pinchItalian parsley

    Use basic tomato sauce for this recipe.

    Purge the clams of sand. Divide the broccoli into small florets.

    Add the basic tomato sauce to a frying pan.

    Once boiling, cover and steam over medium heat for 10 minutes. (Check if the ingredients are cooked through and adjust the cooking time as needed.)
