    Prepare the ingredients: Heavy cream: 2/3 cup (about 150g) Granulated sugar: 1 tablespoon (about 15g) Electric mixer

    When the weather is hot, you can chill the mixing bowl in the refrigerator or place it in a larger bowl filled with ice to cool it down. This will help the cream whip more smoothly. Mix the heavy cream and granulated sugar together. Use an electric mixer on medium-low speed to slowly whip the cream.

    Initially, you will see fine bubbles, and then more bubbles will form. Continue whipping, and the cream will become thicker and eventually reach a non-flowing state.

    Whip until the cream reaches a stiff peak. Taste it, and you'll find it to be a delicate, not-too-sweet delicious 'Original Whipped Cream Frosting'!! ※ This 'frosting' can be used as a filling for 'Spiral Bread'. ※ This frosting melts easily in the summer, so it's recommended to fill the bread just before serving.

    Chocolate Whipped Cream Frosting Melt chocolate using a double boiler. While still warm, mix it into the whipped cream frosting to make 'Chocolate Whipped Cream Frosting'. Similarly, you can create various flavors of frosting. ※ When mixing in chocolate, if the whipped cream frosting has been refrigerated for too long or the chocolate is not warm enough, chocolate particles may form in the frosting.
