Tangy Crock-Pot Pork

Looking for something good and easy.
I have a 1 1/2 quart slow cooker, because there is only 2 of us. But this can be adjusted up easily. We usually make rice and eat it in a bowl over the rice, but since it is pulled, there are many options to enjoy the final product. I have a separate crock liner in my slow cooker, so i put this together the night before. Left it in the fridge over night, and started it on low the next morning.

I always forget to NOT buy Pork Tenderloin and get Pork Shoulder or Pork Butt. And the meat would end up VERY dry due to the different cooking times. After trial and error on the cooking times for a Tenderloin vs other cuts of Pork and the seasoning here's what I got! Christopher Wmson -
