Crispy and Juicy Chicken Karaage for Bento Crispy and Juicy Chicken Karaage for Bento
There are various recipes and flavors for karaage and I've tried a bunch of them. This one's what I settled on.Fresh ginger and garlic for a excellent flavor. No garlic is ok for a bento. The key is a generous amount of sesame oil. For tatsutaage, you can coat the chicken in katakuriko (potato starch flour) after Step 1. Recipe by Asamato cookpad.japan -

Juicy Fried Chicken - Freeze This For Your Bento Juicy Fried Chicken - Freeze This For Your Bento
I previously uploaded a recipe titled [Inexpensive & Filling Chicken Breasts! Juicy Fried Chicken]. I took this and reduced some of the ingredients slightly and then made it into an easy-to-freeze amount. If this recipe makes too much for you, then half everything.Since this is for bento, if you're worried about the garlic, then just add a small amount in or you can completely omit it all together. You add in shichimi spice, but it's just an accent, so it's not going to be overly spicy.Adjust it if your children are going to be eating this. Freezable Salted Deep Fried Chicken Breast for Bento Freezable Salted Deep Fried Chicken Breast for Bento
There are too many bento recipes that are soy sauce flavored, so I decided to make a salty version!Cut the meat diagonally to ensure that it is still tender when you eat it.In Step 3 when you're adding in the katakuriko and mixing with chopsticks, if it's still to dry, just add a little water till it's no longer dry.In the morning, just take it out and heat it up for your bento. This totally has saved me. Recipe by Hokkori-no cookpad.japan -
Fried Chicken Tender with Umeboshi for Bento Fried Chicken Tender with Umeboshi for Bento
This is our family's regular dish.-If the umeboshi is popping out, the chicken will spit when it's being fried. To prevent this, make sure to press it down and dredge well.-The chicken won't cook thoroughly if the oil is too hot. So, make sure it's just the right temperature. Tri-Colored Bento with Teriyaki Chicken Tri-Colored Bento with Teriyaki Chicken
I made a bento with the teriyaki chicken that I've been eating since I was little. Make this eel saucebeforehand and store it for easy bento preparation. Homemade Gochujang-The flour is used so that the sauce sticks to the chicken.-This recipe uses a little extra sugar since the chicken will be in a bento box. Please adjust the amount of sugar to your preference.-It also tastes great if you add some ginger juice.-You can add some vinegar, also (the vinegar prevents the food from spoiling.)
