Noodle is my second favorite carbs after rice. I love any kind of noodles. It can be noodles soup or stir fry noodles. So today I made this very easy chow mien or stir fry noodles. It’s very easy and delicious. Let’s check out the recipe.
Steps
- 1
Cook the noodle according to the instructions of the package. Drain it then sizzled it with some cooking oil to separate the noodle easily.
- 2
Mixed the sauce ingredients and stir well, keep aside
- 3
Heated up the wok, add cooking oil. Stir fry carrot until tender but still crunchy. Add the green and yellow chives, also cabbage. Stir fry until the veggies wilted then add shredded chicken. Add two Tbsp of mixed sauce (half of the sauce) and combine well.
- 4
Add the noodles and the remaining of the sauce. You can add green onion if you like and use tong to mix the noodle all together. Taste test, before serving.
- 5
And that’s it. The chicken chow mien is ready.
