Halfsmall white onion
2tbsp.vinegar
2 tbspketchup
3 tbspcooking oil

Heat pan with oil then fry the pork chop.When done set aside.

In the same pat add oil then sautee onion until soft.Add in pork.

Then pour the pineapple and.pineapple juice,vinegar and ketchup.

Cook until sauce thickens.
