Cut tops off peppers and discard remove seeds blanch peppers in boiling water for five minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water set aside a bowl combine beef quarter cup tomato sauce, rice 2 tablespoons cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt pepper and egg mix well stop peppers place in ungreased, one and ahalf quart baking dish for the remaining tomato sauce over peppers.

Cover peppers and bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes or until meat is no longer pink and peppers are tender. Sprinkle with remaining cheese return to the other five minutes or until cheese is melted.

You can use this as a side or add ground sausage, chicken, pork, venison or any type of ground meat and make it a meal! I've added dried cranberries and salted pecans to it and it works really well. Enjoy! Emily
