Marjoram Mustard

Always wanted to make my own mustard but I didn't want to make it to sharp, and I didn't want it to be too mellow. So here is my mustard.
WARNING if you stir mustard powder in water too hard or too long it will become very hot.

When the water boils stir the water and pour in the ingredients in the bowl. Do not let it boil anymore, use low heat. Stir gently till the ingredients are incorporated. Stir in the balsamic vinegar. Turn off the heat cover overnight. It will thicken up.
