Steps

Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onions and fry till golden brown

Add green chilli ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes.

Add curry leaves, coarse powder masala, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt to taste. Fry all indegrients very well and add required water. Cook till gravy is thickened.

Add boiled eggs in gravy and coat the masala all over the eggs.

Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot as starter or side dish with rice.
