Put vegetable oil in the pan. Fry the pork in a pan until golden on all sides. Put the fried pork into the pot.

Pound the coriander roots, garlic, and pepper until fine.

The same pan, put the pounded and star anise stir fry until fragrant. Then add into the pork belly pot. Add, water, salt, palm sugar, soy sauce and sweet black soy sauce. Simmer over medium-low heat until the pork is tender.

Put 2 cups of water in a pot, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar. When the water boils, add the bok choy. When the vegetables are cooked, soak them in cold water. Then set aside on a wire rack to drain. Ready to serve with Mhoo-hong (Red Braised Pork Belly). Let’s enjoy with hot steamed rice 🤤
