Ingredients

  1. 1chicken breast boiled and shredded save broth
  2. 1medium brown onion chopped
  3. 8chopped mushrooms
  4. 1/ 4 cup white wine
  5. 2 cupschicken broth
  6. 1-2 tbsSalt, pepper, garlic powder
  7. 2 tablespoonschopped parsley optional
  8. 1/2 stickbutter
  9. 1/4 cupflour
  10. 1 pinchtyme
  11. 1 boxpenne pasta
  12. 1/4 cupmozzarella cheese

Cooking Instructions

    In a skillet over medium heat melt butter

    Saute onions until caramelized

  3. 3

    Add the mushrooms and cook until softened and until they shrink down

  4. 4

    Pour white wine and cook for one to three minutes until the alcohol Cooks off.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with seasonings for flavor

  6. 6

    Evenly sprinkle flour mixture mix and cook for 1 to 2 minutes careful not to burn

  7. 7

    Pour in chicken broth and mix until well combined until no flour lumps

  8. 8

    Add heavy cream and mix. Lower heat and simmer

  9. 9

    Add your shredded chicken.

    In another pot cook noodles according to package

  11. 11

    Combine the cooked noodles with sauce mix until evening coated.

    Sprinkle top with cheese & chopped parsley
