Ingredients

  1. 300 gBanana
  2. 1 tsp lime juice
  3. 50 g plain yogurt
  4. 150 g butter
  5. 100 g brown sugar
  6. 3 eggs
  7. 210 gcake flour
  8. 2 tsps baking powder
  9. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  10. Caramel sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Mix bananas, lemon juice, and yogurt into a paste. Set aside. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and set aside.

    Put the butter in a bowl and beat on medium speed. Add sugar. Beat until sugar dissolves. Add the eggs, one at a time. Divide the flour into three parts. Add the flour alternating with the banana mixture until well combined.
    Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

    Scoop into the mold and bake at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes, then take out and brush with caramel and bake for another 5-8 minutes.
