Samak Rice Khichdi

Firstly, wash the samak rice properly and soaked for 10-15 minutes. Collect all ingredients. Take a pressure cooker add ghee. Let it heat.

Add green chilli and stir it. Add potato and stir it. Add samak rice and stir it for few minutes on low flame. Add salt and black pepper powder and mix it.

Then add water. Close the lid and wait for 1-2 whistle. Open the cooker and samak rice khichdi is ready now.

Take it out in a plate. Serve it hot and enjoy with curd and peanut..... 😋😋
