Ingredients

  1. For the dough
  2. 2 cupsflour
  3. Halfcup of water
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. 2 spoonsmelted butter
  6. 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder(optional)
  7. 2 table spoonsugar
  8. Filling
  9. Iced fish
  10. Onions
  11. Scotch bonnet (attarugu)
  12. Spices and seasoning
  13. Garlic(optional)
  14. Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredients add butter mix and gently add water till you form a dough. Keep aside

  2. 2

    Cut fish and wash. Boil fish with little onion and seasoning. Remove bones and pieces the fish using your fork or food processor.

    Put little oil to fry onions, pepper and garlic. Add fish and seasoning and spices. Allow to cool

  4. 4

    Cut out dough into smaller portions and roll out each portion and cut into square. Add fish and roll. Seal with little water at the edge.

  5. 5

    Put oil for frying. And fry each side on medium heat.
