Korean Pancakes: Pajun or Pajeon are made from a standard savory pancake batter mixed with shredded potatoes and various fresh vegetables, they are pan-fried to perfection.
My comfort meal.
Whenever I feel like eating in the rush time,I make this pancake. Healthy and quick.👍

Korean Pancakes: Pajun or Pajeon are made from a standard savory pancake batter mixed with shredded potatoes and various fresh vegetables, they are pan-fried to perfection.

Whenever I feel like eating in the rush time,I make this pancake. Healthy and quick.👍
Steps

Julienne cut all the veggies.
Chop the chillies.
Make other ingredients ready.
East the veggies.
Add in the mixing bowl.
Add all-purpose flour,corn flour,salt, chopped chillies and chilli flakes. - 2
Add little water and mix everything well.
Make the mixture in lump form.
Give rest for 5 minutes. - 3

Heat and grease the pan.
Add one ladleful of better in a pan.
Spread little.
Add oil at the corners and cover the pan.
Let it cook on a slow flame.
When the down side is Cook,
Flip it and cover the pan again till well cooked.
Remove on the wire rack.
Repeat till all pancakes are done. - 5
For the dipping sauce..
Place all the dipping sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Whisk and warm in the microwave for 1 minute, just long enough for the sugar to dissolve. Whisk again and set aside. - 6
Serving Time..
Cut the pancake in a triangle shape.
Place in the serving dish.
Put the dipping bowl in the centre and serve immediately.
Enjoy Korean Pancakes with Dipping Sauce.
