Living in an area with scarce options for wild-caught fish, I recently subscribed to a wild fish service to bring some variety to my table. I usually prepare fish very simply with just salt and the oven, however I was getting bored of the flavor and wanted to spice things up. This recipe quickly became a staple in our household because it comes together in 20 minutes and is packed with flavor.
