Puran poli is a traditional Gujarati sweet dish. This dish is made only during festivals or special occasions. Some Gujarati restaurants serve this Puran poli sweet dish. I have seen my mother and my sister making this dish, and now when I make this dish, I miss my mother a lot. This dish is made in 2 ways. It is made by frying it like a roti. I have made it by frying it. If you fry it with desi ghee, it looks much tastier. This dish made with 2/3 ingredients is very delicious.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
To make Puranpoli, take a bowl of tur dal, wash it well 2/3 times with hot water and boil it well. This dish is best cooked by keeping the water level right while boiling the dal.
- 2
When the tur dal is cooked well, then mash it with a fork and put it on the gas. Now after the dal becomes smooth, add one and a half times the sugar of the dal and keep stirring the mixture on the gas. When the sugar water and the dal water burn, it becomes a pliable mixture. Then add cardamom powder to it. Now take the mixture off the gas and keep it aside until it cools down completely.
- 3
We make the roti dough and make the Puranpoli purana the next day. It will be very good and it will be very good. If we make it the next day itself, then we can also enjoy the festival. Now make the roti, fill it with the filling, deep fry it and serve it hot.

Indian Sweet Laddu Indian Sweet Laddu
This is an Indian confection that's often depicted in pictures of Hanuman and Ganesh. These are made very sweet in India, but I've decreased the amount of sugar and added a dash of rock salt to better suit a Japanese taste. For some reason, they go very well with very sweet chai.It will taste more genuine if you make your own cardamon powder by grinding whole green cardamons (shelled) with a mortar and pestle. You can get besan (gram flour) from Indian grocery stores. Apart from this dish, it is used for dishes like pakora (Indian fried vegetables). Recipe by Go-pa-ra cookpad.japan -
