Cooking Instructions

Blind-bake the pie crust for 10 minutes per package directions.

Egg mixture: whisk together 5 eggs, 1/2 cup cottage cheese and seasonings.

Once the crust has been blind-baked, add fillings. Layer the fillings about 2/3 of the way up the pie crust.

Pour egg mixture over the quiche fillings.

Top the quiche with cheddar cheese.

Bake at 375F for 35-40 minutes until filling is cooked through.

Serve and enjoy. For storage, let the quiche cool completely and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
