Cooking Instructions

Chop dates and soak them in hot milk for 10mins. Blend it into fine paste and keep aside. Add soaked milk to blend into fine paste.

Chop chikoo and blend it in puree.

Add dates paste and give it a nice mix.

Add whipped cream and blend it well till soft peaks are formed.

Now, lets make falooda vermicilli. Soak kesar, cardamom powder in little warm milk.

Add milk, sevai and sugar in a pan and cook sevaiya till semisoft. Add kesar milk to it and cook till the milk is completely absorbed in sevaiya. Turn off the flame and let it cool down completely..

Now comes the assembling part. Take a glass or jar, add a layer of thick of chickoo moose in it, add ice cream scoop, 1spoon soaked sabja seeds, 1 spoon of falooda sevai and garnish it with chopped dry fruits of your choice.

Serve chilled.
