Mangan ta na! Celebrated our April birthdays with a traditional Filipino Kamayan with my family 🇵🇭 Marinated some ribeye beef tapa the night before and it was just *chef’s kiss ♥️
Cooking Instructions

Slice ribeye into bite size strips

Mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, calamansi juice, sugar, garlic, salt, and pepper

Mix together marinade and the meat. Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours, overnight is better.

Pan fry for 1-2 minutes each side.

Serve! We did it Kamayan style with our other favorite dishes, but it’s just as good with some rice and egg! Enjoy ◡̈
