Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 3 poundsRibeye
  2. 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  3. 2 tablespoonsoyster sauce
  4. 1/8 cupcalamansi juice
  5. 5 clovesgarlic
  6. 2 tablespoonssugar
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/2 tsppepper

Cooking Instructions

    Slice ribeye into bite size strips

    Mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, calamansi juice, sugar, garlic, salt, and pepper

  3. 3

    Mix together marinade and the meat. Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours, overnight is better.

    Pan fry for 1-2 minutes each side.

  5. 5

    Serve! We did it Kamayan style with our other favorite dishes, but it’s just as good with some rice and egg! Enjoy ◡̈
