For 2 persons take 1 cup wheat flour. First wash pudina leaves properly then add chopped pudina leaves in a wheat flour. Add kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, haldi powder, ajwain and roasted cumin powder. Mix it well. Then add enough water.

Mix it well and knead a semi stiff dough, Once it is done then keep aside for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes. Take a small ball from the dough. Make a peda and roll it like a paratha in shape.

Heat griddle. Place the paratha on a griddle. Cook both the sides in a slow flame. Then brush oil. Fry till it is light brown in colour both the sides. Once it is done then transfer to a serving plate

Enjoy with any pickles. I like to eat with mango pickle.
