Rib, Chicken, and Vegetable Soup
Steps

Wash the potatoes and carrots. Peel and dice the potatoes. Peel and slice the carrots. Slice the garlic.

Dice the onion and add to the diced potatoes and sliced carrots. Add the spices and seeds to a pot and heat. When you smell the spices turn off the heat. Allow to rest, 10 minutes.

Remove silver skin from the ribs. Slice the ribs, and season with salt. Dice the chicken.

Add the oil, and bacon. Sear the ribs with the garlic and spices and seeds. When seared add the diced chicken. Add the vinegar.

When the chicken turns white from cooking it, add the green beans, and sun dried tomatoes. Then stir in the onion, carrots, and potatoes.

Add the fish sauce, tomato sauce, and water. Taste add salt if needed.

Cover and simmer, 20 minutes.

Add the tomato soup. Taste, adjust salt if needed. Cook 10 minutes. Let rest till ready to eat. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!!
