Ingredients

  3. 1small piece ginger
  4. 1/4cilantro
  5. 5-6curry leaves
  6. 8big spoon basin (kavalsinantha)
  7. 1.5big spoon rice flour
  8. PinchBaking Soda
  9. Lot of oil

Cooking Instructions

    Spoon size for reference

    Cut all the ingredients

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add salt and mix again until you get a little water

  4. 4

    Add Basin, rice flour, baking soda

  5. 5

    Add a lot of oil to the bowl to fully dip the pakora, fry them
