NSNG Chicken Cordon Bleu
No sugars, no grains! Low carb. Keto.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven 375
- 2
Beat/scramble two eggs in a shallow bowl
- 3
Mix flours and seasoning in another shallow bowl (you may need to adjust seasoning, I don't really measure!)
- 4
Filet chicken breasts, so they lay like an open book
- 5
Place two slices ham on each chicken breast
- 6
Place one slice cheese on the ham
- 7
Fold the chicken back up and secure with a toothpick if you'd like.
- 8
Dip both sides of each chicken breast in the egg
- 9
Then coat it with the flour/seasoning mixture
- 10
Lay down the center of a 9x13 backing dish that has been sprayed.
- 11
I like to surround mine with green beans or other veggies, lightly coated with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- 12
Bake for 40 min or until juices run clear.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Chicken Cordon Bleu
My mom always considered this a ”fancy” dish. I used to help her make it when I was a girl. We would struggle mightily to keep the chicken rolls secure with toothpicks. It wasn’t until recently that I learned the trick that restaurants use: wrapping the chicken rolls tightly in plastic wrap and then chilling them for a while will make them keep their shape without toothpicks!I prefer to bake this dish, but frying or deep frying is an option if you prefer. This recipe is modified from The Food Network#GlobalApron Week 1 Chicken Breast#Dinner #Party #Meat Chris Gan -

Simple Chicken Cordon Bleu Simple Chicken Cordon Bleu
I found this recipe in my wife’s “draft recipes” and completed it. This is her take on chicken Cordon Bleu updated for a faster, simpler cook. It takes very little time and there’s no rolling, breading or wondering if it’s done. The sauce is lightened up but still creamy and very flavorful. It can also be made ahead and broiled right before serving. fenway -
